Physicians and Providers

Dr. Brady was born and raised in Buffalo, New York before attending the University of Toronto for his undergraduate studies and the State University of New York at Buffalo for his medical training.  He completed his internship and residency at Buffalo General Hospital in general surgery.  Dr. Brady is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgeons and is currently a member of the Society of American Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgeons as well as the American College of Surgeons.  Dr. Brady began his practice in 1980 in Buffalo before joining the Canandaigua Medical Group in 1983. Dr. Brady and his wife, Mary, a volunteer for Compassionate Care, live in Canandaigua and have four children, Caryn, Megan, Patrick, and Conor.  In his spare time, Dr. Brady enjoys biking and woodworking.

Dr. Wormer grew up in Portville, New York before earning his Bachelor Degree at Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania. He then obtained his Doctor of Medicine at Albany Medical College in New York and completed his internship and residency at Millard Fillmore Hospitals in Buffalo, New York.  Dr. Wormer is Board Certified and is currently a member of the American College of Surgeons, the New York State Medical Society, the Society of General Surgeons, and the Canandaigua Medical Society.  He began his private practice at the Canandaigua Medical Group in 1989. Dr. Wormer and his wife, Melissa, a Registered Nurse, live in Canandaigua and have four children, Matt, Margaret, Sam, and Sarah.  In his spare time, Dr. Wormer enjoys fly-fishing and gardening.
