Administration
The
primary mission of the Canandaigua Medical Group Administration
Department is to provide comprehensive service and support to
our patients and clinical providers. We have developed a competent
administrative staff necessary to relieve our provider community
from administrative tasks and enabling them to focus on
the health maintenance of our patient base.
Our
department functions include enrolling new
patients, accounting,
billing, insurance,
collections, information processing, human resources, medical
records, patient
retention, reception, transcription, as well as overall administrative,
clinical, and financial management. As we continue to improve
these areas, the ultimate beneficiary will be our patient base.
