Krysta Herrick started with the Canandaigua Medical Group in June, 2005 as a full-time Registered Nurse in our Obstetrics and Gynecology Department. She then transferred in 2007 to our Internal Medicine Department to work as a full-time RN with Dr. Jill Potts.
Krysta went to college for 1 year at SUNY Canton for Veterinary Medicine. She then transferred to GCC Nursing and graduated in 2002. Krysta worked for one year at Parkridge on the orthopedic unit and then moved to Naples at which time she was hired at Thompson Hospital. Krysta has always wanted to work in OB. She is getting married in August and has a 3-month old son, Logan. Her hobbies include playing with her dog, Yogie, golf, camping, and swimming.
Sheila Case
Sheila Case joined the Canandaigua Medical Group in July of 1997 as a LPN in Internal Medicine working with Dr. Altavas.
She lives in Canandaigua, is married, and has a 6-year old son. Her hobbies include - exercising/working out, walking, and reading.
Alison Condon
Alison Condon joined the Canandaigua Medical Group in February, 2005 as our Obstetrics and Gynecology Department Manager/RN. Alison has 19 years experience working in women’s health with special training in nursing triage. In November 2006, Alison transferred to the Internal Medicine Department where she now serves as their Department Manager/RN.
Alison was raised in New York State. She received a BS in Biology from Niagara University and a BS in Nursing from St. John Fisher College. Alison is married and her home is brightened by four daughters. The Condon’s live in nearby Victor.
Michelle Cozene
Michelle Cozene is a receptionist in Internal Medicine for Dr. Goh. Michelle worked for the Canandaigua Medical Group from 1997-1999. She returned to us in February of 2000.
Michelle has been married to her husband, Ed, since 1996. She has a little girl Zoey who was born in January of 2004. Zoey keeps her very busy! Her favorite pasttimes are shopping and listening to music.
Judy DiDuro
Judy DiDuro joined the Pediatrics Department at the Canandaigua Medical Group as an LPN on 9/22/03. She then transferred to our Internal Medicine Department to become a full-time LPN working with Dr. Goh on 08/06/07.
Judy lives here in Canandaigua with her husband, Anthony, of 23 years. Her home is also brightened by three children: Adam, Jeff and Abbey - as well as a cock-a-poo named Mia. In her spare time, Judy enjoys gardening, bird watching golfing and bowling.
Sue Herendeen
Sue Herendeen joined the Canandaigua Medical Group in October of 1991 as an LPN in our Pediatrics Department. Sue graduated from Canandaigua Academy in 1984 and the Marion Whalen School of Practical Nursing in 1985. She worked at FFTH with experience in Pediatrics, Orthopedics and Oncology prior to coming to CMG. In 2002, Sue became a full-time Nurse/RN in our Meds/Peds Department.
Sue has lived in Canandaigua all her life. She is married with 3 children: Caitlin, Mitchell, and Jacob. In her spare time, Sue enjoys baking cakes, scrapbooking, spending time with her family, and watching her kids play sports.
Beverly Judge
Beverly joined the Canandaigua Medical Group in May 2007 as a CNA/MA for our Internal Medicine Department. Bev and her family (husband and 3 daughters) have lived in Farmington for 15 years. She is a very active volunteer in the swim program at Victor where her daughters have been swimming competitively for the past 8 years. In her spare time, Bev enjoys sewing, gardening, swimming, and spending time with family either boating, fishing or just playing board games.
Mary Margaret Kesel
Mary Margaret Kesel is a receptionist in the Internal Medicine Department for Dr. Sahler. She began working with the Canandaigua Medical Group in October, 2000.
Mary Margaret lives with her family in Shortsville. Her husband, Greg, is a site superintendent for Javen Construction which is based in Penfield. Mary Margaret & Greg have two children: Son, Raymond and daughter, Elizabeth, is attending RIT studying Engineering. Her hobbies include gardening, baking, and spending time with her family.
Patty Kierst
Patty Kierst has been at the Canandaigua Medical Group for 3 years as a receptionist in our Internal Medicine Department for Dr. Powers.
Patty lives in Gorham with her husband Herb. They have 3 wonderful children: Jeremy, Bryan, and Amy. Patty enjoys cooking, gardening, camping, swimming, hiking, collecting snowmen, traveling and spending time with her family.
Stacey LeGrette
Stacey LeGrette joined at the Canandaigua Medical Group in August 2000 as an LPN in Internal Medicine.
Stacey lives in Canandaigua with husband and brand new baby daughter. She enjoys shopping, cooking and camping.
Mary Ann Lewis
Mary Ann Lewis joined at the Canandaigua Medical Group in April 1990. She is a certified diabetes education/nurse educator in Internal Medicine.
Mary Ann lives in Canandaigua with husband, Brad, who is a major lunch box collector. They have 6 children & step children: Heather Null - graduated from the University of Houston Law School and passed the Texas Bar Exam. She works at Premier Environmental Services in Houston, TX as an environmental scientist and as a lawyer for the office. She will be moving to Atlanta, GA in September 2005 to assume corporate counsel legal duties with Premier Environmental Services Headquarters there; Cory Null - works in the Office of Research Administration as a Research Compliance Specialist at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX; Meaghan Null - works at Old Navy; Sara Lewis - finishing a PhD in English Literature at Amherst/teaching; Caleb Lewis - 1st LT US Army - Afghanistan in 2004-now in Alaska with 501st Parachute Infantry Regiment as a Company Commander; Katie Lewis - graduated from Brockport University and Monroe County Sheriff's Academy - now a Monroe County Deputy Sheriff.
Mary Ann is a major collector of junk (ooops - treasures!) especially costume jewelry, lunch boxes, Christmas tree pins, and children's hankies. She loves to go to auctions and big antique festivals especially Roundtop Festival in Roundtop, Texas.
Kellie Murphy
Kellie Murphy was hired as a Medical Receptionist in the Internal Medicine Department of the Canandaigua Medical Group in July, 2005.
Kellie lives in Canandaigua with her husband of 17 years and two daughters: Sarah (15) and Taylor (12). In her spare time, Kellie enjoys sports and camping.
Denise Perry
Denise Perry has been at the Canandaigua Medical Group for eight years. Her first year was spent as a Medical Records Clerk and since that time she has been working as a Receptionist in our Internal Medicine Department for Dr. Potts.
Denise has been married to Kevin for 31 years. She has 3 children: Danielle is a Finance Assistant at the Rochester Business Association, Corie works at Randall's Accounting Office and Kevin "K.C." is a landscaper at Twin Oakes. Denise also enjoys her four grandchildren; Austin, Haille, Trevyn and Owen. She has worked in the medical field for the last 15 years. She enjoys her wonderful family, camping, NASCAR, baking, gardening and sports.
Jennifer Power
Jennifer Power began as an LPN at the Canandaigua Medical Group in December, 2005. She is working with Dr. Leslie Myers in the Internal Medicine Department.
Jennifer and her family live here in Canandaigua. She enjoys being at home with her husband, Sean, and two children: Sean (10) and Kaitlyn (3).
LynnMarie Pratt
LynnMarie Pratt joined the Canandaigua Medical Group on 9/23/04 as a Medical Receptionist in our Internal Medicine Department. In August of 2007, she transferred to become the Med/Peds Receptionist. LynnMarie came to us after 5 years with the Oak Orchard Community Health Center in Brockport.
LynnMarie just recently moved back from Brockport to live with her grandmother in Bloomfield and be closer to her family. She enjoys reading, scrap booking, and watching the CSI series as well as the NY Yankees (especially Derek Jeter) – she even has a cat whose name is Jeter named after Derek. LynnMarie enjoys watching her cousins and siblings play sports. She bowls on two different leagues – one with family and the other friends.
Jeanne Schalabba
Jeanne Schalabba began working at the Canandaigua Medical Group in December 1983 as an LPN for Dr. Sahler.
Jeanne is married to husband, Joe. They have two children. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, and doing crafts in her spare time.
Sandra Stanton
Sandy Stanton joined the Canandaigua Medical Group in July, 2007 as a part-time Office Nurse /RN in our Internal Medicine Department working with Dr. Myers. She graduated from FLCC in 1997 with an A.A.S. in nursing.
Sandy has been married to her husband, Phil, for 24 years. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening. Both Sandy and Phil enjoy hiking and have hiked the Finger Lakes Trail with hopes of someday doing the Appalachian Trail.
Marissa Stewart
Marissa joined the Canandaigua Medical Group working through a temp agency in November of 2007. In March of 2008, Marissa became an employee of the Canandaigua Medical Group working as an LPN in Internal Medicine working with one of our nurse practitioners.
Marissa graduated from nursing school in March of 2007. She has been in a relationship for 8 1/2 years and has two children: Alexander and Andrew. Marissa loves being a nurse but loves being a mother even more. In her spare time, Marissa enjoys fun activities with her boys like going to the zoo and playgrouond or just doing crafts. She also enjoys photography, scrapbooking, reading, and organizing.
Elaine Sulkey
Elaine Sulkey began at the Canandaigua Medical Group in June 1997 as an RN for Allergy/Protime Department She formerly worked for Dr. Jonathan Rubins at CMG from 1983 to 1994.
Elaine lives in Farmington and has two grown children and two grandchildren. She likes to collect miniature shoes and enjoys crafting with some of her coworkers
Peg Symonds
Peg Symonds joined the Canandaigua Medical Group in February 1973. She was a former office nurse for Dr. Bown & Dr. Guattery and is now an RN for Dr. Powers. She is a graduate of Mercy Hospital School of Nursing in Watertown. In the past she worked at St. Joseph's Hospital in Denver, CO; Taylor Brown Hospital in Waterloo, NY; and Borgess Hospital, Kalamazoo, MI.
Peg lives here in Canandaigua with husband, Bob. They have one son, David, who is married and a guidance counselor in South Carolina. She is also the proud grandmother of her grandson, Matthew David. Her hobbies include reading, gardening, photography, playing bridge, shopping and collecting antiques.
Verdie Welsh
Verdie Welsh has been with the Canandaigua Medical Group since 1998. Verdie first served as an Internal Medicine receptionist for Dr. Altavas. In August of 2003 she transferred to become a receptionist in our Med/Peds Department for Dr. Alling. In 2007, Verdie transferred once again - this time to become a full-time receptionist in our Pediatric Department. Verdie transferred in January 2008 to our Internal Medicine Department where she now serves as a full-time receptionist for Dr. Myers.
Verdie lives in Middlesex with her husband, Jeffrey, daughter, Ashlyn and son, Landon. She enjoys camping and watching movies with friends and family.
