Seasonal Flu Vaccine Has Arrived
We have Flu Vaccine for all ages.We will be having our first Saturday flu clinic on Saturday September 29. from 8AM to Noon. Patients can call and schedule to attend the clinic

Canandaigua Medical Group New Secure Practice Portal Website
 The Canandaigua Medical Group is introducing a new Secure Practice Portal Website that interacts directly with our new Electronic Medical Records System.
Each patient will have their own individual login and password to this Secure site. Patients will be able to request prescription refills, make appointment and referral requests, access their billing summary and pay their bill on line, and access portions of their Electronic Health Record.
The site is available for our Internal Medicine and OB/GYN Patients only at this time.
