Location

The Canandaigua Medical Group has two facilities. The main facility is located in Canandaigua directly across the street from F. F. Thompson Hospital. The other facility which contains pediatric offices is located in the Thompson Medical Center Building in Farmington. See our hours of operation below.

Did You Know????
The Canandaigua Medical Group Departments of Pediatrics has Office Hours every Saturday Morning from 8AM until 12 Noon in our Canandaigua Office.

You also have access to the on-call Pediatrician all weekend via telephone. At times, arrangements can be made to see the on-call doctor in the Canandaigua Office during times other than our regular Saturday morning hours.

It is very important for your child to see their physician whenever possible, so, if your child needs to see a physician on the weekend, please call (585) 393-2860 (or (585) 396-6000 if the office is closed).
