Receptionists
When you arrive
to any of our five (5) departments, you will be greeted by a Medical
Receptionist. These receptionists are here to help make your visit
with us more pleasant and keep the office-visit flow moving smoothly.
Our receptionists
are trained to answer the phone and schedule appointments, verify
demographics, assist with referrals, and assist our clinical staff
as needed while at the same time keeping you informed of the status
of your scheduled appointment.
Nursing Staff
Canandaigua Medical Group's nurses primary responsibility is to assist the providers and patients. Our nurses have a variety of tasks such as taking blood pressures, measuring weight and height, administering injections, assisting patients with medical information, assisting providers with procedures, and being a resource to other staff members as well as patients.
